My displayed image appear jittery or shaky when I connect a DVD player or VCR to my product. What should I do?

• Be sure the Progressive setting is set to On in the Signal menu. See Sharpness and Picture Quality Settings.
  
  If the DVD player has a component video port, you can use a component video cable to connect your DVD player to the projector's Component Video port. You can purchase a component video cable from the Epson Store.
