The message Not Supported is displayed. What should I do?

  • Try the following:
    • Make sure your computer's resolution doesn't exceed UXGA and the frequency or refresh rate is supported by the projector. See Supported Monitor Displays.
    • Make sure the correct Video Signal is selected in the Signal menu. See Signal Menu.
