I am not receiving mail when a product problem occurs. What should I do?
Try the following:
- Make sure the projector is turned on and connected to the network correctly. (If an error shut down the projector, it cannot send an e-mail.)
- Make sure the Mail settings are correct in the Network menu. See Setting Up Projector Network E-mail Alerts.
- To receive mail notification when the projector is in standby mode, you need to set Standby Mode to Communication On in the Extended menu. See Projector Setup Settings.
