The Interactive pen does not work on OS X 10.9.x or 10.10; the pen freezes and stops working. What should I do?

• You need to enable the Prevent App Nap setting in the Easy Interactive Driver. Do the following:
  1. Click Finder > Applications, then select Easy Interactive Driver.
  2. Go to File > Get Info or press ( Command-I) keystroke on the keyboard.
  3. Make sure there is a check mark in the Prevent App Nap check box, then restart your Mac.
