When I select Dual User in the ActivInspire software Tools settings while projecting over the network, I get the message Dual User requires an update available for Promethean Activboards only. What should I do?

• ActivInspire supports only single pen use when projecting and annotating with the interactive pen over the network. To use dual pen, you need to connect a USB cable between your computer and the projector or the control pad.
