Shooting lines appear between the pens, when I use two pens at the same time. What should I do?

• Try the following solutions:
  • Make sure the number of pen users is set to two users in the Easy Interactive Function setting on the projector's Extended menu.
  • Make sure the correct Pen Operation Mode is selected in the Easy Interactive Function setting on the projector's Extended menu(BrightLink 595Wi).
  • Make sure the interactive software in use supports annotation with two pens at the same time. Contact your software manufacturer for assistance.
