The interactive pen doesn't work correctly when I use the SMART Notebook software. What should I do?
- Make sure you do not connect any USB cables or devices to your computer while the SMART Notebook software is running. If you connected any USB cables or devices, close the SMART Notebook software. Then make sure all necessary USB cables and devices are connected to the computer and/or projector, and start the software again.
