I can't see images with the product. What should I do?

  • Try the following:

    • Make sure the headset is securely connected to the controller.
    • Press the Power button briefly to wake the product from Sleep mode.
    • Adjust the level of the headset so that it aligns with your sight line.
    • If you are wearing the headset over glasses, try using the included nosepad for glasses.
    • Make sure the product is not on video display mute (Tap twice lightly to mute feature).

    Note: If you are wearing glasses with colored, mirrored, or polarized lenses, you may not be able to view images when wearing the product.
