The controller does not turn on. What should I do?

• Try the following:

  • Make sure the product is fully charged.

    Note: If the battery is dead, the LEDs do not turn on when charging starts. Charge the battery for at least 30 minutes, then reconnect the USB cable.

  • If the LEDs turn orange for a few seconds when you try to turn the controller on, the product has insufficient power to turn on. Charge the battery.
  • Use the product in an environment of 41 to 95°F (5 to 35 °C) with 20 to 80% humidity (no condensation).

    Note: The product may overheat and shut down if used continuously in an environment outside these specifications.
