There is no audio when my product is in standby mode or turned off. What should I do?

• Make sure the A/V Control setting in the Extended menu is enable and the Standby Mode setting in the ECO menu is set to Communication On.

  Note: Make sure your computer or video source is connected to the projector with both audio and video cables as necessary.
