Shooting lines appear between two pens when I use them at the same time. What should I do?

• Try the following:

  • Make sure the interactive software you use supports annotation with two pens at the same time. Contact your software manufacturer for assistance.
  • Make sure to use the pens at least 4 inches (10 cm) apart from each other.
  • Turn off Pen Hovering.
  • Make sure you are not using two pens of the same color (i.e., two blue pens or two orange pens).
