The HDBaseT port on my projector stopped responding after it enters standby mode. What should I do?

  • Do the following:

    1. Press the Menu button on the remote control or on the projector's control panel.
    2. Select the Signal I/O menu and set the A/V Output setting to Always On and make sure the HDBaseT setting has the Control Communications option set to On.
    3. Restart the projector.
    If this does not solve the problem, contact Epson support.
