How can I improve the image quality?

• Check the following:

  • For best results, connect your video equipment to an HDMI port.
  • Make sure you select the best Color Mode for your picture and viewing environment, then use the settings in the Display & Sound menu to finish adjusting the picture.
  • If the projected image is fuzzy or blurry, adjust the image focus.
  • Make sure the projector is placed at the proper distance from the screen. Use the Epson Projector Throw Distance Simulator to determine how far to place the projector from the screen.
  • Adjust the Sharpness, Brightness, and Contrast settings.
  • Turn on the Dynamic Contrast setting.
  • If you are projecting from a computer, adjust the computer's resolution to match the projector's native resolution, if possible.
