The zoom buttons are grayed out in the ArcSoft Application software. What should I do?

• Make sure ELPDC06 Button Manager is installed on the computer. (The application is included on the software CD that came with the document camera.) If ELPDC06 Button Manager is not installed, the zoom buttons in the ArcSoft Application software cannot be used when the document camera is connected to a computer.

  You can also use the zoom buttons on the document camera to zoom in or out on an image.
