The image brightness or colors are incorrect. What should I do?

• Try the following:
  • To illuminate your document, slide the lamp switch on the side of the camera head.
  • Press the or button to increase or decrease image brightness.
  • Set the White Balance setting to Auto to adjust the color automatically. If the colors are still not correct, select the best setting for the type of lighting in your environment (Cloudy, Daylight, Fluorescent, or Incandescent).
  • If the document camera was used with a microscope, make sure you set the Microscope setting to Off when you return to displaying documents.
