My remote control does not work. What should I do?

• Make sure there are batteries in the remote control. If that does not help, try the following:

  • Pair the remote control with the dvLED display. Press and hold the Display mode and exit buttons on the remote control for three seconds until the indicator starts blinking. The indicator stops blinking when the remote control is paired.
  • Turn off the dvLED display using the power switch on the control box and leave it off for at least 30 seconds. Turn the power switch back on and then try pairing the remote control again.
