I see the message Unable to connect to the server. Please try again later. when I try to install the Drivers and Utilities Combo Package Installer. What should I do?

  • Make sure your computer has an Internet connection and try installing the software again. If the same message appears, then do the following:

    1. Go to the Downloads tab on your product's support page.
    2. Download and save the Drivers and Utilities Combo Package Installer to your computer.
    3. Make a note of the file name and save the location so you can easily retrieve it.
    4. Right-click the file and select Run as Administrator.

    The software should install.

    Note: You can also try to install the drivers and utilities individually.
